2. Services Provided
We offer pet transportation services in New York City to ensure safe and comfortable travel for pets. Our Services include:
Transporting pets to and from various locations within NYC.
Providing safe, clean, and pet-friendly vehicles.
Accompanying pet care assistance (as applicable).
Note: Pet Cab NYC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking: Customers can book a ride via our website, mobile app, or by phone. Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by us.
Payment: All bookings are subject to payment before or upon completion of the ride. We accept [list payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, online payment gateways, etc.]. A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance).

4. Pet Requirements
For the safety and comfort of your pet, as well as other passengers, please adhere to the following requirements:
Pet Size & Type: We transport most domesticated pets. However, we reserve the right to refuse transport for pets that pose a safety or health risk to themselves, our drivers, or other pets.
Leashes & Cages: All pets must be secured in a carrier or leash during transport. We strongly recommend using a secure carrier that fits your pet's size and comfort.
Health & Condition: Pets must be healthy and free from contagious diseases. We may refuse transport for pets showing signs of illness or aggressive behavior.
Behavior: Owners are responsible for ensuring that pets behave appropriately during the ride. Pets that show signs of aggression or excessive stress may be refused transport at the driver’s discretion.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Timeliness: You agree to be on time for pick-up and drop-off. If you are late, additional fees may apply.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information regarding the pick-up and drop-off locations, pet details, and any special needs or requests.
Cleaning Fees: In the event that your pet causes damage or leaves significant mess in the vehicle, a cleaning fee may be charged.
6. Driver Conduct and Safety
Our drivers are trained to handle pets with care and respect. However, by using our services, you acknowledge the following:
Pet Supervision: While our drivers will ensure safe transportation, they are not responsible for providing in-depth pet care (such as feeding, medication, etc.) unless otherwise arranged.
Safety and Comfort: We prioritize the safety and comfort of your pet, ensuring vehicles are clean, pet-friendly, and secure. However, we are not liable for any health issues, injuries, or losses that occur during transit.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of [XX%] of the total fare.
No-Shows: If you do not show up at the designated pick-up location or fail to notify us in advance of changes, you may incur a no-show fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
Damages and Injuries: While we make every effort to ensure the safety of your pet, Pet Cab NYC is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that occur during transportation, except as required by applicable law.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays, damages, or failures to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or acts of government.

10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following activities while using our Services:
Abusive or Harassing Behavior: Any behavior toward our drivers or staff that is abusive, threatening, or harassing will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service.
Illegal Activities: You may not use our Services to engage in illegal activities or transport illegal substances or animals.
Damage: You may not intentionally damage or deface our vehicles, equipment, or other property.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pet Cab NYC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services, including any harm caused by your pet or your failure to comply with these Terms.
