Reserve a Pet Cab
Pet Cab Reservation Guidelines:
To reserve a Pet Cab, you must be an existing client. If you're a new client, please fill out the registration form and follow up by texting or calling us at +1 (917) 982-6335, or by emailing us at Booking@PetCab.NYC.
Reservation Hours:
Monday to Friday: New reservations are accepted between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Saturday: New reservations accepted between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM
Sunday: New reservations accepted between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Noon)
Please note: Reservations are closed after these hours and will resume accepting new reservations the following day.
Payment Guidelines:
For all clients, pre-payment is required, or a credit card must be kept on file. To confirm your booking, the initial payment must be processed. We recommend booking your ride only when you are certain of your need. If you're unsure of your plans, it’s best to wait until your schedule is confirmed before reserving.
Last-Minute Requests:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to help when you or your pet need assistance in a pinch. However, please note that we apply a 20% surcharge for same-day requests and a 25% surcharge for requests made within two hours of calling. To avoid these additional fees, we highly recommend booking in advance—ideally the night before.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours can be credited toward a future booking.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the ride may only be rescheduled to an available time slot and will be honored as such.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the ride are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Please Note, Multiple Patterns of Cancellations Last Minute Can Potentially Suspend Accounts from Future Usage
