• Ramps & Gurneys:
  For pets with limited mobility, we can provide gurneys or ramps to help them safely enter and exit the vehicle. (Additional fee applies.)

• In-Home Assistance:
  Need help getting your pet downstairs or outside? Our drivers can come upstairs to assist, so you don’t need to hire a separate dog walker or assistant.

• Wait Time & Flexible Scheduling:
  All rides include a 15-minute grace period. After that, wait time is charged per hour.
  If you’re unsure when your appointment will finish, we can reserve the vehicle to wait out front for you — just let us know in advance and we’ll block the time.

• Travel support
